VIP Real Estate School provides state-licensed live lecture instruction for real estate professionals. Our office is in Buckley, but we teach classes in Tacoma on a scheduled basis and in Buckley on an “as needed” basis.
My assistant, Fred Donaldson, and I are both licensed real estate instructors as well as certificated K-12 teachers, both with many years of teaching experience as well as real estate experience.
We offer the state-required 60 clock hour Fundamentals of Real Estate course plus the 30 clock hour Real Estate Practices course required for first license renewal. In addition, we can provide clock hour (continuing education) courses for license renewal upon request. Contact me for additional information.
The Fundamentals course takes five weeks, with classes meeting evenings and Saturdays. The cost is $330, which includes the $50 textbook.
